Warranty Policy

1. Purpose
The purpose of this document is to set up the warranty and service policy of HEXCELL products for distributors and clients to reference while handling RMA cases. The procedure is for the reduction of warranty costs resulting from misjudgments and facilitating quicker response times for increasing customer satisfaction.

2. Scope
The procedures presented in this document apply to all HEXCELL products.
This document is only eligible for HEXCELL authorized distributors, partners and clients, who purchase the products directly from HEXCELL in China.

3. Execution Procedure
3.1 Warranty
HEXCELL will provide the warranty service according to the mutual singed distribution agreement.
The warranty starting time is since the delivery date of purchasing order. And the free warranty period lasts for three years. After that, Hexcell promises to provide the pay-needed maintenance service for lifetime guarantee.
 
The warranty will not cover the damages such as accident, altered, physical damage, and natural factors of fire, lighting, floods, wars, earthquakes and abnormal operating environment of high temperature, high pressure, dampness, corrosion or others.
 
3.2 The following situations are not eligible to warranty service.
a. The product is not HEXCELL production or received by improper packaging.   
b. The product has been opened out or obvious surface damage.   
c. The product has been repaired by any other party without HEXCELL approval.   
d. The label on product is not clear or destroyed.   
e. The defect description isn’t specific and detailed.   
f. The repairing demand is against the local laws and regulations.
